The CoZo app is intended for doctors and patients.
Before you can use the app, you must go through a one-time registration procedure:
go to the CoZo.be website on your computer, log in with your eID and PIN code, then go to 'My CoZo', click on 'Mobile' and follow the further instructions.

CoZo stands for Collaborative Care Platform.
It is a platform for collaboration between care consumers, care providers and care actors with the mission of achieving a better information flow and thus improving the care process even further.
It has grown from an open vision of care for the future, with respect for the individuality of each partner and with maximum security and protection of patient privacy.
